Living in the Campus Studios
Short journey times to lectures and everything you need for real student life in the immediate vicinity. At the Campus Studios student residence run by Akademikerhilfe, these dreams become a reality as the apartments lie immediately on the campus of WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). The 149 ideally equipped studios can be occupied by one or two people, and have a kitchenette, shower/WC, extra-large bed, and plenty of storage space. Many units even have a loggia or balcony. Barrier-free studios are also available. Have a look!
Whether exercising or simply enjoying the sun in the park – the Prater recreation area is right on the doorstep. However, there are also many ways to make the most of well-earned breaks from learning at the residence itself, such as relaxing in the sauna, conjuring up a 3-star meal with friends in the large kitchen, or celebrating in the party room.
Rooms & Prices
Single and twin studios are available in the sizes XS to XXL. Twin studios have two separate, lockable living/bedrooms. The anteroom, shower/WC and kitchenette are each shared by two residents.
All studios have:
- Anteroom with cloakroom
- Kitchenette with refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, sink
- XL bed (Studio XS-M: 100 cm width, L-XXL: 140 cm width)
- Large desk
- Flat-screen TV
- Plenty of storage space and shelves
- Shower/WC
- Internet and TV connections
From the 2nd floor, all studios also feature a loggia or balcony.
There is a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers in the cellar.
Location
It doesn’t get better than this: immediately on the campus of WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), right next to Sigmund Freud University Vienna, and also within easy reach of the University of Vienna, TU Wien and the city centre with the U2. For anyone who prefers to cycle, the nearest Citybike station is just around the corner.
A supermarket, bank, restaurants and cafés can be found on campus, and there is even an osteria within the building.

Leisure Activities
Running in the Prater park, swimming in the stadium pool, cycling tours on the Donauinsel – this is the leisure programme right on the doorstep. Yet there is also plenty to do within the Campus Studios, too:
- Exercising in the gym or relaxing in the sauna
- Meeting friends in the foyer or communal room
- Celebrating together in the party room
- Practising with the band – in the soundproofed music room
Bikes can be parked safely and conveniently in a dedicated storage room. And the building’s garage offers space for your car at a reasonable price.

Don't forget to arrange an appointement for moving in/out with your residence manager.
