Since its general refurbishment in October 2013, the Haus Elisabethstraße 93, also known as Elisabethheim, has offered modern, fully furnished residential units for 264 students. Particular advantages of the student residence in Elisabethstraße are its central location in the heart of Graz and its proximity to all universities, as well as spacious communal rooms and the beautiful garden.

Rooms & Prices
All residential units in Elisabethheim have a bathroom and kitchenette. It is possible to live alone in a residential unit, or in two separate single rooms sharing a kitchen and bathroom. The rooms of the Graz residence are bright and fully furnished. The bathrooms have a shower and WC, and the kitchenettes are equipped with storage options, a built-in refrigerator, kitchen sink, a ceramic hob and a microwave. Barrier-free rooms are available in the residence.
The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers, which can be used by the residents for a small charge. Internet and TV connections can be found in every room.
Location
The student residence in Elisabethstraße is located right in the centre of Graz. The University of Graz, various institutes of the University of Graz, and the Medical University of Graz can even be reached on foot. You can also get to all other universities quickly on bus route 41 as the stop is right in front of the residence. Around a 3-minute walk away from the student residence are stops for buses 200, 220, 250, 260 and 270, and tram line 7. A supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank are located near to the Elisabethheim. The Hilmteich lake just 15 minutes away is ideal for fresh air fans! This is a wonderful place for sports activities or simply enjoying nature.

Anyone who prefers to stay at home can also choose from plenty of different ways to spend an enjoyable time with their fellow residents here. The Elisabethheim offers the following communal rooms:
