Since its general refurbishment in October 2013, the Haus Elisabethstraße 93, also known as Elisabethheim, has offered modern, fully furnished residential units for 264 students. Particular advantages of the student residence in Elisabethstraße are its central location in the heart of Graz and its proximity to all universities, as well as spacious communal rooms and the beautiful garden.

All residential units in Elisabethheim have a bathroom and kitchenette. It is possible to live alone in a residential unit, or in two separate single rooms sharing a kitchen and bathroom. The rooms of the Graz residence are bright and fully furnished. The bathrooms have a shower and WC, and the kitchenettes are equipped with storage options, a built-in refrigerator, kitchen sink, a ceramic hob and a microwave. Barrier-free rooms are available in the residence.
The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers, which can be used by the residents for a small charge. Internet and TV connections can be found in every room.
The central location of the residence offers plenty of opportunities to entertain yourself in the city. Anyone who prefers to stay at home can also choose from plenty of different ways to spend an enjoyable time with their fellow residents here. The Elisabethheim offers the following communal rooms:
There is sufficient safe parking for bicycles on the student residence site. Anyone with their own car can rent a parking space in the residence’s own car park.
