Historic Charm at the Canisiushaus

High rooms, classic double doors and large windows: all of this is offered by the Canisiushaus student residence in a popular residential area in the 9th district.

The wonderful listed building became home to students for the first time in October 2015 and impresses thanks to its modern fittings and perfect location in the centre of Vienna.

The University of Vienna, Medical University of Vienna, and the Faculty of Law are around 2 km away, while stops for public transport and many lovely little places are within close proximity to our establishment.

Leisure Activities

Having fun with friends or getting to know new people: nowhere can you make contacts more quickly than in a student residence.

There is always something going on in the spacious communal room, which is located in the former refectory with a wonderful vaulted ceiling. And if you ever need some peace and quiet, simply close the door and retreat into your own room.

Additional learning and communal rooms are available on every floor. A music practice room and a gym can be found in the building’s cellar.

If you want to store your bike safely, you can use the storage available in the inner courtyard.
