The single rooms are fully furnished and provide everything to make you feel at home: bed, desk, cupboard, shelves, internet access, your own bathroom and a small kitchenette.

Location
The residence is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, with supermarkets, banks or other shops in easy reach. Public transport facilities, such as metro, trams and buses are nearby, so most of the universities are easy and fast accessible. It's a nice walk to reach the first district, the very centre of Vienna.

Leisure Activities
You want to exercise, celebrate a passed exam, or practise the guitar? There's no need to leave the dorm, because you will find gym, party room and music room in the basement. The big common room is ideal to study with friends, meet for coffee or a chat. The big, well equipped common kitchen can be used to cook and eat together.
