Jacquingasse 53 is located in a quiet area in the 3rd district of Vienna, where 15 comfortable single rooms are exclusively available to female residents. The dormitory has been available for female residents since April 2022.

There are three flats in the house, two can be found on the second floor and one on the top floor.

The remaining single rooms are on the third floor: the common kitchen, communal showers and toilets are shared by the residents of this floor. Perhaps the residence of Jacquingasse 53 is small, but „the individual mixture of space“ makes it special and invites you to live in a homey atmosphere. 

The living spaces are characterized by their brightness, friendliness and an individual touch that allows them to be attractively decorated according to one's own taste. All rooms are fully furnished, WIFI is available in the house.

Washing machine and dryer can be used in the residence nearby: Franziska-Lechner Wohnheim.

Location

The residence is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with supermarkets, banks or other shops in easy reach. Public transport facilities, such as metro, trams and buses are nearby, so most of the universities are easy and fast accessible.  It's a nice walk to reach the first district, the very centre of Vienna.
