Smack in the center of the green park area, you will find Haus Starkfriedgasse 15, which is made up of several apartment buildings. The Residence is home to about 270 students and offers them a comfortable and quiet place to live and study.
In addition to its all-inclusive prices, Haus Starkfriedgasse 15 offers you small fully furnished apartments consisting of two single rooms with a joint bathroom, toilet, and kitchenette. The single rooms are 11 square meters each in size, with anteroom, bathroom and kitchenette taking up another 10 sq. m. Furthermore, most rooms feature a nice view of Starkfriedgasse’s green garden oasis.
The Residence provides a laundry room with washers and dryers that can be used by all residents against a fee.
Location
Haus Starkfriedgasse 15 is located in the west of Vienna and is part of a beautiful, quiet, and green neighborhood of Vienna’s 18th district. Not to worry, though, public transport is very easily accessible and will get you to the city in an instant.
Starkfriedgasse 15 is situated close to the Vienna University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences. The 41 tram will take you to the University of Vienna in only 20 minutes. Feeling sporty? Starkfriedgasse residents taking to their bikes may even get there in 10 minutes.
“Those who seek shall find” – the neighborhood brims with numerous nice cafés and restaurants. Grocery shopping can easily be done on foot. Furthermore, there are various outdoor activities on offer within the vicinity: exercising in gorgeous Türkenschanz Park, talking a stroll in spacious Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark, or simply enjoying the sun in quaint Hugo-Wolf-Park.

Barbecue lovers need not fret at Haus Starkfriedgasse, either: the BBQ area is the perfect setting for a grillout with friends on a pleasant summer evening.
As for other social activities, the Residence features community areas such as a table tennis and a music room, a study hall with a drawing board, as well as a computer room with internet and printing capabilities.

There are ample parking opportunities for bikes, and if you need a parking space for your car, you can rent this in the Residence’s own garage at a special student rate.
