Student Host - Joseph Haydn Private University lies right in the centre of Eisenstadt, close to the Schlosspark and just a short walk from the Joseph Haydn Conservatory. The student residence comprises spacious rooms, which are available for up to 39 students.
Music students take note:
the building where some of Haydn’s works were performed for the first time also offers a music practice room for all the residents!
The Gästehaus is operated as student residence from September 01 to June 30 and as a hotel during July and August.

All rooms are equipped with parquet flooring and are fully furnished, offering everything you need so you can feel at home right from the start:

There is a laundry room in the cellar with washing machines and tumble dryers for all the residents. There are also free parking spaces and also sufficient parking for bicycles.
Location
The residence is just a 10-minute walk from the Joseph Haydn Conservatory. For the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland and the University of Teacher Education, it is best to go by bike or Citytaxi (approx. 3.3 km). The pedestrian zone in the idyllic city centre and thus also bars, cafés and shops are right nearby. The Schlosspark is perfect for a short break outdoors, and anyone with a little more time can exercise in the surrounding vineyards or at Lake Neusiedl.

Leisure Activities
Whether you want a quick breakfast coffee or a dinner together, the social focal point in our student residences is the large communal kitchen. Here you will find ceramic hobs, ovens, a microwave and freezers – all new with modern furnishings. And if you fancy a cosy evening in front of the TV, then our TV room is the right place for you.
Because we know that you should celebrate things as they happen, you can hold great parties in our beautiful vaulted cellar – without disturbing anyone else.
