Welcome to the Mozartheim


Closed for renovation from July 1st, 2025.

The Mozartheim lies in the west of Klagenfurt, just a 10-minute walk from the university and 15 minutes from the University of Teacher Education. The city centre and the Wörthersee can also be reached quickly with public transport or by bike. Space for 149 students is offered here in cosy rooms.

Anyone who has always wanted to make international contacts has come to the right place at the Mozartheim! After all, residents from various regions of the world live here together under one roof.

The house will be closed for renovation from 1st of July 2025!

Rooms & Prices

Lovely apartments for one or two people are available in the residence. The cosy residential units are fully furnished and have a shower/WC, their own kitchenette with hobs, refrigerator and sink, as well as an Internet and TV connection.

The building also has a laundry room, which can be used by all the residents for a small charge.

Leisure Activities

Having fun with friends or getting to know new people: nowhere can you make contacts more quickly than in a student residence. The residents have the opportunity to spend time with others in many different communal rooms:

  • Quiet learning room with PC and small library
  • Gym

There is a covered parking area outdoors and a bike cellar for bicycles.
